What do I write in the description?

Use our templates to help describe your scene.

For the photo shoot, try this format:
[The product] positioned [on the platform], surrounded by [flowers], [forest] in the background, [soft yellow] lighting, [minimalist] style.

Start by naming your product and its color to keep AI focused — like, ‘red handbag’ or ‘gold earrings’. Then describe its position (standing, lying, angled), surroundings, background, lighting, and style.

For the background, the description is the same except for the part about the position of your product:
[The product] surrounded by [flowers], [forest] in the background, [soft yellow] lighting, [minimalist] style.

Who owns the images I generated? Can I use them in ads and promo materials?
You own the images you’ve generated, and you can use them for any commercial purposes.
How long will you keep my projects and images?

We don’t plan to delete them.

Even if you run out of space, you’ll still be able to see your projects and images. If you need to create a new project, you’ll have to delete older ones first.

What’s the difference between replacing a background and creating a product photo shoot?

When replacing a background, we remove the background from your uploaded product photo and replace it with anything you describe. Your product stays exactly the same — same color, position, and angle.

When you create a photo shoot, our AI studies your product photos to understand its shape and details. This allows us to generate images showing your product from different angles and in various settings. For clothing, footwear, and accessories, we can also create lifestyle images where a person is wearing your product.

I don’t know if I want to replace the background or create a photo shoot. How do I choose?

Both options work — choose based on your needs.

When to use ‘Replace background’:

  • You have a great product photo and just want a new background.
  • You need quick results. Background replacement gives you dozens of images in minutes.
  • You’re looking for inspiration. Try different backdrops and styles to see what works best.

When to use ‘Create product photo shoot’:

  • You need multiple images of your product from different angles.
  • You travel a lot or don’t always have your product on hand. With a product photo shoot, you upload photos of your product once, and then you can create different-looking images with just a description of what you need.
  • You have time to spare. Training our AI can take up to an hour.
Why does my product look different in the images?

AI is great at creating new images, but consistency can be tricky. It sometimes struggles to keep your product exactly the same in every image, so you may notice small differences. We’re working to improve this.

The accuracy of your product in generated images also depends on the quality of your uploaded photos. Make sure your photos show all angles, include close-ups for small details, and provide scale shots for size reference.
